The location of this hotel is perfect, with almost everything within walking distance. It's great to be able to explore the city without having to rely on transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed that provides a restful night's sleep. It's a wonderful feeling to come back to a room that feels like a home away from home. The breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and satisfying. With a nice variety of options, it's a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the activities ahead.

The breakfast is excellent. I have been in other hotels, but this one was the greatest. Hotel staff is great. They booked for us the bus to Saigon and a mini bus picked us up. Hotel looks very good and modern. Our room was really big and nice. The hotel is located in the city center and close to the lake in there. Dalat city is also a must see. The weather in Dalat is not as hot as Saigon or Nha Trang and you can visit some really nice waterfalls. You can use a roller-coaster and a cabin to get to them. Highly recommended! In Dalat you can also do some elephant riding. Also, dining in Dalat can be really cheap! We went on a low season (May) tho..

The gym has only 3 fitness machine... 2 bikes and 1 treadmill... So not what I would call a gym.

The stay was absolutely good. The bed was big, no complains at all. I used free parking on site. Bun dau co oanh, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel...

I like the room that I stayed: big, spacious and rather nice decoration. The beds in the room are in very good size (I find it wonderful to have such 2 big beds in a room). The hotel location is great, very much in the city center, just few steps to Xuan Huong Lake and to restaurants or cafe shops. Need any information or help, just ask people at the front desk. They are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is not great

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The breakfast had a delicious spread of pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. , the location was perfect - within walking distance to the city center and its attractions. The room view was breathtaking, looking over the city. One more advantage was the friendly staff, always ready to help with cheerful smiles.

I only had one negative experience - the WiFi disconnected a few times during my stay, but this was a minor issue.

You know what you are going to get with Best Western and they never disappoint. Spotlessly clean and a great buffet breakfast.

The rooms in the front of the hotel are very noisy because of the traffic. Internet was more off than on. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing.

The hotel is located 5min-walking far from city center and market.

This hotel is new, thus some services and facilities arent finished such as Gym room, Massage and Wifi. Bathtub was bad design therefore water flow out to floor. Mattress is not comfort, fell tired after sleep.
